In this JIRA cloud tutorial, I will clarify about limitations of reopening sprint in Jira in next-gen project. Trying with the steps mentioned in workaround by community member didn’t work for me. At the time of recording this video, Jira cloud does not have functionality to reopen Sprint in Jira Next Gen project and defect is still open with Atlassian team.
